Extraordinary Service and Value! Over a year and a half ago, I made the serious mistake of contracting the services of a “Debt Settlement” company that promised to reduce my debt and negotiate with creditors. These individuals quickly became predatory; demanding more money than originally agreed upon, failed to deliver on their promises, charged multiple hidden fees. and I was suddenly being sued by multiple creditors. I looked at a reverse mortgage which I wasn’t eligible for, so started researching bankruptcy attorneys in my area. Other firms weren’t as responsive and had complicated, long online surveys that wouldn’t submit properly. It would have taken almost a week to meet with the other firms. I was able to secure an appointment near my home, the next day with Mr. Harelik, in one phone call. He was professional, understanding, compassionate and patient.
